Pere Mata Cava Brut Reserva Cupada Rose

Pale strawberry in color with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, strawberries, orange zest, and rose petals prevail. The palate is dry and creamy, but not bread-y or yeasty like other Cava. The finish is citrus driven with pleasant acidity.
